No accidental keystrokes
To cause an alarm, you must press both buttons simultaneously. They are rigid and are separated by a plastic divider. This eliminates false alarms when carrying the DoubleButton in a pocket or purse.
No unnecessary shipping
DoubleButton supports acknowledged alarms. This feature involves teaching users what sequence of keystrokes is necessary to generate a confirmed alarm condition. This gives a 100% guarantee that a robbery alarm was triggered intentionally and only by an authorized user.
Guaranteed alarm sending
The robbery button transmits a signal to a hub via Jeweler, a two-way radio protocol that communicates at a range of up to 1,300 meters. A flashing LED verifies the correct sending of the DoubleButton alarm. Jeweler encrypts transmitted data and prevents device spoofing. In the event of interference, the Ajax system switches to a free radio frequency and, when communication is inhibited, notifies users and an alarm receiving center of the situation.

More than alarms
Raising an alarm is the priority feature of DoubleButton. But it is not the only one. By transmitting an alarm signal, the hold button can activate some or all of the sirens on the object. And you can also run automation scenarios: activate a smoke machine, lock electric locks, lower roller blinds.
