POPP Flow Stop 2 - Z-Wave anti-leakage for shutting off water / gas valves

The 2nd generation POPP Flow Stop comes with an improved device design. It replaces the 1st generation POPP flow stopper (POPE009501) and provides better stability in its clamping system than the first generation.

Overflowing bathtubs, leaky washing machines, or faulty gas and water lines - damage can happen almost anywhere and cause huge costs. The POPP Flow Stop 2 can avoid this - thanks to its interaction with Z-Wave home automation.

Flow Stop is a motor-driven shut-off controller for automatic stop of the flow of gas and water pipes. It is equipped with Z-Wave technology. This means that it is especially suitable for use in smart homes.

Even installation is easy. The POPP Flow Stop 2 comes complete, including valve control / motor, power supply, mounting, and quick start guide. It is easy to mount on an existing ball shut-off valve. Thus, it is possible to use all common piping standards, including ½ "and ¾". This time, you don't have to dismantle any pipes or even drain the water. In this way the installation is normally done in 5 to 10 minutes.

From now on, the water can also be shut off from the outside via a mobile device - or automatically, for example, if a water sensor detects a leak in the pipeline. It doesn't matter if you install the Flow Stop in the water line of your washing machine or use it for garden irrigation - the POPP Flow Stop 2 will make your home safer and more comfortable.

Only the POPP Flow Stop 2 is compliant with the security command class and has security features that are not compatible with comparable devices.

Communication with Flow Stop 2 is secured with encryption. This not only protects the device against thieves who want to do damage to the house (for example, sewage when opening the valve of the irrigation system). It also better protects against communication link interference.
Local LED setting: User can decide whether the blue LED will indicate open or close status.
Unsolicited report of any flow stop status change to the controller.
Second communication channel to report the manual operation of the device. Here up to 5 more devices can be operated independently of the controller.
Remote operation of the device can be limited to "open only", "close only" or "no remote control" to protect against malfunction.
