Calculate your shipping costs. The shipping costs vary according to the order. They depend on four factors: weight, volume, place of shipment and amount.

To know the exact amount of shipping costs, you must add to your cart the items you want and register a shipping address. This is the most accurate way to know the shipping costs, since special circumstances can occur such as promotions, punctual offers with free shipping, products without charge in postage, etc. However before making your purchase, we will give you a choice between several options to receive your order depending on the destination and / or the product.

Shipments to the Balearics

Orders with delivery through Envialia to the Balearic Islands:

Shipments to the Canary Islands

Orders with delivery through Correos:

- Shipping costs: € 19.00

- Delivery time: between 4 and 6 business days

Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla

Orders with delivery through Envialia to Ceuta and Melilla:

- Shipping costs: € 30.00

- Delivery time: from 24 to 72 hours

Shipments to Portugal:

Orders with delivery through Envialia to Portugal (Non-Islands):

Orders with delivery through the best possible transport to Portugal (Madeira and Azores):

- Delivery time: from 48 to 96 hours (approximate)

Delivery of orders:


All confirmed orders, after receipt of your payment, are sent as quickly as possible, by one of our courier services, usually Envialia. As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail confirming its exit. You can also check the status of your order step by step in the follow-up e-mail that we will send you.
In order to optimize the delivery, in the event that you have chosen to receive the order through Envialia, you must indicate an address in which it can be delivered during normal business hours. If the delivery can not be made after two unsuccessful attempts, then our deliveryman will notify you of the impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient and leave a note for you to go to the nearest Envialia office for withdrawal. In any case, Envialia and / or DOMOTICALIA will send you an email or sms prior notice upon delivery.
Tracking of shipments: To know how your shipment is, you must be registered and consult it in 'My account'. You can follow your order step by step.
Delivery times will always take into account working days for orders received before 7:00 p.m.
In cases of payment by bank transfer, the delivery period will start from the effective confirmation of the payment, or, if applicable, after receipt of the bank receipt.
From DOMOTICALIA, we do not deliver in postal sections.
Once an order is validated, it is assigned a reference number, which can be seen immediately in "My account".

A few moments later you will receive an e-mail confirmation, from our Customer Service. Otherwise, it means that your order has not been correctly registered, and you must return to the page and make sure that it validates each stage well.

If you click on "My Account" and then on the reference of your order, you can check the date of issue planned or already made.

I have not received my order yet
In the case that you have not received your order within the period established from the date of issue:

Verify the accuracy of the delivery address.

There is an error in my order or I received a defective product
If you discover a problem at the time of delivery of your order (damaged packaging, missing a product ...) indicate it in writing on the delivery note of the carrier.

In addition, you must contact by email with our customer service center (atencioncliente@domoticalia.es) as soon as possible.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions ...) and with the delivery note. If this is not returned in the same original packaging the good may suffer a depreciation in value.
