Homey Bridge - Multi-Protocol Hybrid Home Automation Controller

Homey Bridge is the latest smart hub in the Homey family. It has Zigbee, Z-Wave Plus, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 433MHz and infrared, and uses the beloved Homey app for control and automation.

It sounds like Homey Pro, but there are some important differences. Starting with the design, which is completely different. Now it is glossy black, combined with aluminum. Of course, RGD's signature LED ring is still present, but it's more subtle.

Main differences between Homey Bridge and Homey Pro:

The Homey App Store for Homey Bridge is more controlled. This means that the Homey Apps for Homey Bridge will be higher quality, but there may be fewer of them, especially for pro/niche devices and use cases. However, there are still tens of thousands of supported products!
Homey Bridge runs its logic and intelligence in the cloud. This means Homey Bridge relies on an internet connection to work, just like smart thermostats, voice assistants, and Chromecasts. NOTE: This does NOT mean that privacy has been compromised. Users' personal data remains off-limits, and Homey does not use any personal data for resale, profiling, or other shady causes.
Homey Bridge includes three months of Homey Premium. Connecting more than five devices to Homey requires an active Homey Premium subscription of ¬2.99/month. Users can always use up to five devices for free, without any subscription and including an unlimited number of Homey Flows.
The user experience of Homey Bridge and Pro is very similar. Both products are compatible with most devices and share the same Homey app for control and automation.
