It is a Z-Wave wireless siren that offers a sound power of 105 dB, 3 powerful LED lights and a backup battery that will keep the siren powered in case of power failure. The Aeotec Z-Wave Plus siren is ideal for use in an alarm system. It supports adjustment of the decibels and there is also the possibility to customize the sound to adapt perfectly in the home and your needs.

This Z-Wave wireless siren is part of the Aeotec Gen5 range. It has been manufactured based on the latest Z-Wave series (500 series), providing a greater radio range of 50% and a communication speed 250% faster than previous Z-Wave devices. Because security is a fundamental part, the Aeotec siren integrates 128-bit AES encryption security.

It has a backup battery, since sometimes emergencies can even leave you without light. Other times it may be an intruder who cuts off the light. Being connected to the electrical network the battery is constantly recharging so the siren is always available, even when there is no electricity.

Description:Aeon Labs Siren Gen5 is a siren Z-Wave device that when an emergency is happening it lets you know. Its 105dB Speaker System is always heard. Its super-bright LED system lights your path even when it’s dark. Siren provides a smart home with the perfect security and safety features that it needs. Those security and safety features are matched by smart features. Siren’s speaker system can access 5 different audio alerts, allowing your smart home to pick the alert best suited to the emergency. The speaker system’s volume can also be adjusted so that Siren is perfect for every space in every home. It also act as a repeater that forward Z-Wave command messages to destination nodes if the originating controller is out of range from the destination node. By taking advantage of the Z-Wave mesh network, commands can be routed to their destination via intermediary “listening” Z-Wave products. Products that are Z-Wave certified can be used and communicate with other Z-Wave certified devices. Also a tool that can be programmed, scheduled, controlled and communicated with from anywhere in the world.

Max Nodes

Description

Group 1 is assigned to the Lifeline association group and every device has 5 nodes to associate. When the Siren is received the commands sent by controller to be turned on or off, the Siren will send a basic report of its status to the nodes in association group 1. To change what kind of signal is sent to the nodes in group 1, please see the detailed description of configuration parameter 80.

Sirena z-wave fácil

Tengo esta sirena desde enero y cero problemas... el tema de baterías y que se conectada directamente al enchufe hizo decantarme por ella...

Para mi un acierto esta sirena.

Nivel sonido medio

Funciona correctamente, pero comparada con una sirena everspring SE812, tiene un volumen inferior. El modulo es bastante pequeño.
