Hub 2 monitors the operation of all Ajax devices to alert users to open doors, broken windows, fire threats, and floods. If burglars break into your home, Hub 2 transmits images from MotionCam detectors and notifies a central monitoring station of the danger. You won't have to live under constant surveillance from security cameras to know what's going on.

Motion detectors react to dangerous situations, as well as simple carelessness. A babysitter may bring the children home from school and forget to disable the security system, which will set off an alarm. With Hub 2, you no longer have to worry about those cases or spend money on fines for false alarms. Open an alarm notification sent by the MotionCam detector to see what happened.

The central panel Hub 2 uses Ethernet or one of the 2 SIM cards to guarantee the sending of alarms and photographs of protected objects. The channels operate in parallel and mutually support each other in an emergency.

Compression and transmission protocols ensure fast delivery of the photo series, even with poor internet connectivity. Unlike video camera transmissions, with Ajax you can assess the status of protected objects at an internet speed of 0.5 kB / s.

Resistant to problems

Hub 2 runs on OS Malevich, a real-time operating system. This type of software is used in systems that cannot afford errors, for example, ballistic and space rocket launchers or in car brake systems.

OS Malevich is immune to viruses and protected against cyber attacks. Its architecture allows us to extend the capabilities of Ajax regularly wirelessly without disturbing users.

The central panel Hub 2 communicates with the devices of the security system using radio frequency at a distance of up to 2000 m.

The two-way Jeweler radio protocol encrypts all transmitted data. And in cases of jamming or inhibiting, Ajax changes the frequency and notifies you and the response company about the situation.

Wings

For parallel transmission of visual data from MotionCams, Hub 2 uses the Ajax Wings radio protocol. It is a high speed protocol based on Jeweler technology. Wings received its best features. It also uses a separate Hub 2 antenna to improve channel reliability.

Wings guarantees the delivery of photo confirmations, even if the signal level is unstable. It uses the built-in packet check and reload algorithms.

Secure home and office automation

Increase the potential of your security system with Ajax scenarios to actively resist detected threats and automate your routines. Configure a Night mode activation in the schedule; turn off all office lights automatically when arming the system; program street lights to illuminate intruders when they activate an exterior motion detector or install a sustainable flood control system. The system runs scenarios even if the connection to the Ajax Cloud server is lost.

Hassle-free setup

Installing Hub 2 takes a few minutes. Connect it to the Internet and plug in the power cord. Then scan the QR code with the Ajax app. In most cases, the devices do not need any additional adjustments. Hub 2 starts working once it is online.
