More info

The MultiSensor6 is a Z-Wave detector of last generation (GEN5), has 6 functions and has the new chip Z-Wave 500 series, which offers lower power consumption, greater power and greater range of the Z-Wave network .

MultiSensor 6 has not only provided a redesign of AEOTEC's most intelligent sensor, but has been subjected to deep re-engineering from the inside out.

We now describe its 6 interesting functions:

Movement detector

With a distance of 5 meters and a field of vision of 120 °, MultiSensor 6 of AEOTEC obtains data on the movement that can be used both for security and for the management of the heating, among other applications.

6in1

Temperature sensor

MultiSensor 6 integrates a temperature sensor can measure the temperature from -10 to + 50 ° C precisely.

3in1_2

Light sensor

With multidetector 6 in you can measure the level of light in a room, it will help you to create scenes based on the level of light, raise or lower blinds etc.

3in1_3

Humidity sensor

MultiSensor 6 offers incremental tracking of a humidity ranging from 0% to 100%, which allows the intelligent automation of fans, motorized windows, dehumidifiers and humidifiers

3in1_4

Vibration sensor.

MultiSensor 6 contains a seismic sensor capable of detecting and reporting vibrations. These slight changes can be used to protect the MultiSensor 6, it will know if an intruder is tampering with it or if the sensor has accidentally moved from its installation location. You can also record subtle seismic activity within your home

3 in 1_

UV sensor

MultiSensor 6 accurately measures ultraviolet light, knowing this information, we can put measures so that the values are not high and can affect both the health of people and the deterioration of furniture or other types of things that we have exposed.

Extended Z-Wave info

Name: TriSensor
Manufacturer:Aeotec
Identifier:ZWA005-C
Z-Wave Certification Number:ZC10-18046087
Hardware Plattform:ZM5101
FLiRS:NO
Role Type:Reporting Sleeping Slave
Short Description:Aeotec TriSensor has a motion detector, ambient temperature and ambient light sensor in one, based on Z-Wave Plus technology.
Description:TriSensor can be included and operated in any Z-Wave network with other Z-Wave certified devices from other manufacturers and/or other applications. All non-battery operated nodes within the network will act as repeaters regardless of vendor to increase reliability of the network. If PIR motion sensor is triggered, the TriSensor will send a Basic set to associated devices. The PIR motion sensor will then become inactive. If no PIR motion is triggered after the PIR interval time (configurable), the TriSensor will send Basic Set to the associated nodes.

Light Sensor Calibrated Coefficient
This configuration defines the calibrated scale for ambient light intensity. Because the method and position that the sensor mounted and the cover of sensor will bring measurement error, user can get more real light intensity by this parameter setting. User should run the steps as blows for calibrating 1) Set this parameter value to default (Assumes the sensor has been added in a Z-Wave Network). 2) Place a digital luxmeter close to sensor and keep the same direction, monitor the light intensity value (Vm) which report to controller and record it. The same time user should record the value (Vs) of luxmeter. 3) The scale calibration formula: k = Vm / Vs. 4) The value of k is then multiplied by 1024 and rounded to the nearest whole number. 5) Set the value getting in to this parameter, calibrate finished. For example, Vm = 300, Vs = 2600, then k = 2600 / 300 = 8.6667 k = 8.6667 * 1024 = 8874.7 ≈ 8875 The parameter should be set to 8875.

Inclusion
Press once TriSensor’s Action Button. If it is the first installation, the yellow LED will keep solid until whole network processing is complete. If successful, the LED will flash white -> green -> white -> green, after 2 seconds finished. If failed, the yellow LED lasts for 30 seconds, then the green LED flashes once.

If it is the S2 encryption network, please enter the first 5 digits of DSK.

Exclusion
Press once TriSensor’s Action Button, the Purple LED will keep solid until whole network processing is complete. If the exclusion is successful, the LED will flash white -> green ->white -> green and then LED will pulse a blue. If failed, the yellow LED lasts for 30 seconds, then the green LED flashes once.
Device Wake-Up
Press and hold the button at least 2s until Red Led is on and then release the button, device will send wakeup notification to controller if device is in a Z-Wave network.
Factory Reset
1. Power up the device.

2. Press and hold the button for 15s until Red Led is blinking, then release the button

Le meti los parametros

Set these parameter settings:

Parameter 3 [2 byte] = 10 // This will set the timeout of the PIR sensor to 10 seconds

Parameter 4 [1 byte] = 5 // This is the default setting, but sending it in anyways may active the PIR sensor

Parameter 5 [1 byte] = 2 // After setting param 3 and 4, i would test the unit first before setting this. This changes the report type to your gateway.
